Hello EES families,

Welcome back to the 2008-2009 school year. As your PTA President, it is an honor to serve the families of our school community.

We are growing by leaps and bounds in the Elkridge area. As of the first day of school, our enrollment was over 750, which is up from 700 last year. We are excited to have those extra families join us. If you are already participating in the PTA, thank you....and if you are new to the school this year, we'd love to have you join us.

PTA is a great way to:
 Find out what is going on in your child’s school
 Interact regularly with the teachers and staff
 Have a voice in how PTA funds support school functions
 Help to continue to make our school a better learning place

Most importantly, PTA is a useful network of parents and educators who care about our children's future. Please consider joining us at our meetings, the second Monday of every month. Meetings are held 6:30 pm in the media center.
